The Pump House is a new creative hub from Projekt. Spread over three floors and totalling 12,000 sqft, it contains a range of usable spaces. It builds upon Projekt’s ongoing commitment to providing affordable workspace and connecting creative people, practices, and businesses in the capital.

The ground floor houses Freight Café, providing artisan coffee, pastries, and lunch options with a licensed bar and welcoming spaces for co-working, hot desking, events, and hosting meetings.

Freight is open Monday – Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm.

8 new studios have been built on the first floor, ranging from 140 sqft to 410 sqft. The first tenants have moved in, including a Reformer Pilates studio, a photography studio, and a fashion designer studio.
